Thank you for choosing Tallora. We want you to have a great experience. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for purchases made within the App.

1. Purchases and Subscriptions

Tallora offers both free and premium content.
Premium content is available through auto-renewable subscriptions managed by Google Play Billing.

All payments and renewals are processed by Google Play, not by Code Clowns Tech Solution directly.

2. Refunds through Google Play

Because all transactions are handled by Google Play:
• You can request a refund directly from Google Play within their allowed timeframe.
• Refunds are processed under Google’s refund policy.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
• Duplicate purchases or accidental subscription.
• Technical issues preventing access to purchased premium content.
• Unintended billing due to app errors or system glitches.

Please note:
Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Google Play.
We cannot issue refunds directly since we do not control the payment gateway.

4. Canceling Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription anytime via:
Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Tallora → Cancel

After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You won’t be charged further.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent access to your purchased features, please contact us before requesting a refund.
We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

6. No Refunds for Expired Subscriptions

We do not provide refunds for:
• Subscriptions that have already expired.
• Users who forgot to cancel auto-renewal.
• Dislike or dissatisfaction with general app content (as most features can be previewed before purchase).
